nike 10km hyde park london run

It was a crispy Sunday morning in the beginning of winter, the sunshine barely peaked into the beautiful ground of hyde park. Not being an early bird, it was not easy for me to get up at ten AM to do our 10km run. Thanks to Alan and James whom have been motivating me in the previous weekly training run, committing and turning up every saturday morning for our training sessions. Yes that day had finally came, Alan and I ran for ten km in just 51minutes and 59 minutes respectively. & Not only that, we managed to raise over 180 quid for The Shooting Star Children's Hospice. A huge THANK YOU to all whom sponsored and supported our run, every penny counts ! Thanksmuchly again. 16.10.05

dancing away in manchester

Ben and I decided to pack our overnight bag to head North of England, Manchester, for a 3nights dancing in Canal Street during the August Bank Holiday. This city is packed with beautiful creatures with sexy manchunian accent. We had a wicked time - dancing away 3 am in the morning - music was so consistent - deep, sexy and funky house. 26.08.05

oslo birthday trip

Yes some showgirls do not like revealing their age. To the contrary I don't mind, I am gonna embrace the lucky number this summer, the big 3. To celebrate my birthday, Alex and I made a visit to one of this beautiful Nordic cities, Oslo. This city is pricey, even supermarket budget is dear. Nonetheless, it's such a cute city. Oh..there are so many statues, they are everywhere you go. Oslo is clean and tidy - a reminiscing of a 'mini melbourne'. 15.07.05

gypsing around valencia

As the British summer heatwave scorched around UK, Alex & I decided to gypsy around the south west of Espana, Valencia. Or to be more geographically concise, we spent our whole summer time around Xella, a small town with 2,500 habitants. It's about an hour drive from the Capital of Valencia or 3 hours train from Madrid or Barcelona. I must admit this was the most relaxing holiday I have ever had. We went for a swim in the creek in the morning, tapas for lunch, siesta, ramble, paella for dinner and out to Valencia old city for dancin' or just cruisin' the Spaniard metrosexuals everyday. LOL! Wink* This is a must visit city! 15.06.05

shanghai surprise

Mum & I visited the most expensive city in China, to our surprise everything in Shanghai Tang is so cheap - get this a yummy gourmet chicken soup, steam fish and stir fry morning glory comes to a mere of less than 5 quid - that's enough meal for three. Overall, Nanjing Rd is very over-rated, so is The Peace Hotel. Yu Yang Garden is truly oriental. For Chinese food aficionado, this famous port of China offers a superb quality of gourmet food. Truly Delicious ! 03.03.05.

parenting in london

Springtime in London is always a fine season. Taiga & Azumi came all the way from Oxford for a day out in Kensington Garden, joined by Sibel, Alex and me. We had a go at our parenting skill. Taiga (in Japanese means big and elegant) is truly an exquisite child. People came up to me and say 'you have a beautiful child', My reply was 'Thank you' (lol ). Check out a few snapshots we took at Diana's Memorial Playground and Kensington High Street.
